Tax Credits

• Homeowners may qualify for tax credits equal to 10% of the cost (up to a $150 limit) for installing a qualified furnace or hot water boiler as well  10% of the cost (up to a $300 limit) for installing high efficiency central air conditioning, a heat pump or a water heater.
